1. Who may use EduBaby

EduBaby is intended for children roughly 12 months to 4 years old, used with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using EduBaby you confirm you are at least 18 and are the parent or legal guardian of the child using it, and that you agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Supervision and screen time

EduBaby is still screen time, and you remain responsible for deciding how much is appropriate. Major paediatric bodies recommend strict limits on screen media for children under two and modest limits for preschoolers; please follow the guidance of your own healthcare provider.

EduBaby is not a substitute for interaction with you. The research behind early language development is consistent that a responsive adult matters more than any app.

3. Health and safety

• EduBaby deliberately avoids rapidly flashing full-screen effects, but if your child has a photosensitive condition, consult a doctor first.
• Audio is limited in software, but device volume is yours to control. Please keep it low, especially with headphones.
• Stop use and seek advice if your child shows distress or discomfort.

4. Educational claims

EduBaby presents letters, numbers, colours, animals, first words and traditional songs. It is built on ordinary early-learning practice. We make no promise about any particular educational outcome, developmental milestone or rate of progress, and EduBaby does not diagnose, treat or assess any condition, including speech or language delay. If you have concerns about your child's development, speak to a qualified professional.

5. Your licence to use EduBaby

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use EduBaby for your own family's non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or extract the audio, artwork or code, or use EduBaby to build a competing product.

6. Our content

All artwork, narration, recordings, text and software in EduBaby are owned by Chosen Ascendance LLC or licensed to us. The characters are original creations. The nursery rhymes are traditional works in the public domain; our particular recordings and arrangements of them are ours.

7. EduBaby Unlimited (subscriptions)

A new device can play for a few minutes before anyone signs in. EduBaby is then free to use for the first 7 days after you first sign in, with nothing held back and no card needed. After that, EduBaby Unlimited keeps it open. Nothing else is locked, and there are no ads and no purchases aimed at children.

• Only an adult may subscribe. Plans sit behind a grown-ups question so a child cannot reach them. Payment is taken on Stripe's own secure checkout page; we never see your card details.
• Who sells it. EduBaby Unlimited is sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), which is the reseller and merchant of record for the sale. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* EDUBABY, and Link emails your receipts. Link's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
• Plans and prices. Yearly: US$39.99 a year. Monthly: US$7.99 a month. Weekly: US$4.99 a week. Tax that applies where you live is added at checkout, and calculated and remitted by Stripe. Outside the United States, checkout may show and charge the price in your own currency, converted by Stripe. The total on the checkout page is what you pay.
• What you agree to. Before checkout opens, you tick a box that states the plan's price, that it renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel. We keep that sentence, and when you agreed to it, with your subscription. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with the plan, the price, the next renewal date and how to cancel.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the payment method you gave is charged the plan's price, until you cancel. Before a yearly plan renews, you get a reminder email. If a price ever changes, we will email you at least 7 and no more than 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
• The free days. The first 7 days are free and need no card, so nothing is charged during them and there is nothing to cancel. When you subscribe afterwards, payment is taken straight away. The 7 days belong to your account and are counted from your first sign-in, on every device. One free week per family: making more accounts to get more free days is not allowed, and we may end access for accounts made for that purpose.
• Your account. You must be an adult to make one. Keep access to the email address you sign in with; anyone who can read that email can sign in. You can delete the account in Settings at any time.
• Cancelling. Cancel anytime in the app (press and hold the gear to open Settings, then Manage subscription), at link.com, or by emailing support@myedubaby.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; Unlimited stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds. Payments already made are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or as described here. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it. You can also ask Link support, which may refund a payment within 60 days of it in some cases.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again for a short while and Unlimited stays on meanwhile. If payment still cannot be taken, the subscription ends, and EduBaby is not available again until a new subscription is started.
• On every device. A subscription bought while signed in belongs to your account: sign in on another device, or after clearing your browser's data, and it is there. A purchase can also be restored with Restore a purchase and the email address you paid with; we email you a code.

8. Accessibility

We want every parent to be able to use EduBaby and this site. We check colour contrast and the size of buttons against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2, level AA), give controls names a screen reader can read, and respect the setting to reduce motion. If anything is hard for you to use, email support@myedubaby.com and we will fix it or help another way.

9. Availability

We aim to keep EduBaby working and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Once installed, EduBaby works offline, which means a problem on our side generally will not stop your child playing.

10. Disclaimer and liability

EduBaby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Chosen Ascendance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of EduBaby. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and, where practical, tell you in the app before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
