1. Who may use EduBaby

EduBaby is intended for children roughly 12 months to 4 years old, used with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using EduBaby you confirm you are at least 18 and are the parent or legal guardian of the child using it, and that you agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Supervision and screen time

EduBaby is designed to be a healthier option than passive video, but it is still screen time. You remain responsible for deciding how much is appropriate. Major paediatric bodies recommend strict limits on screen media for children under two and modest limits for preschoolers; please follow the guidance of your own healthcare provider.

EduBaby is not a substitute for interaction with you. The research behind early language development is consistent that a responsive adult matters more than any app.

3. Health and safety

• EduBaby deliberately avoids rapidly flashing full-screen effects, but if your child has a photosensitive condition, consult a doctor first.
• Audio is limited in software, but device volume is yours to control. Please keep it low, especially with headphones.
• Stop use and seek advice if your child shows distress or discomfort.

4. Educational claims

EduBaby presents letters, numbers, colours, animals, first words and traditional songs. It is built on ordinary early-learning practice. We make no promise about any particular educational outcome, developmental milestone or rate of progress, and EduBaby does not diagnose, treat or assess any condition, including speech or language delay. If you have concerns about your child's development, speak to a qualified professional.

5. Your licence to use EduBaby

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use EduBaby for your own family's non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or extract the audio, artwork or code, or use EduBaby to build a competing product.

6. Our content

All artwork, narration, recordings, text and software in EduBaby are owned by Chosen Ascendance LLC or licensed to us. The characters are original creations. The nursery rhymes are traditional works in the public domain; our particular recordings and arrangements of them are ours.

7. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are not yet available. When they launch, this section will set out prices, billing periods, renewal, refunds and cancellation before any payment can be taken. Purchases will always sit behind a parental gate so a child cannot make one.

8. Availability

We aim to keep EduBaby working and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Once installed, EduBaby works offline, which means a problem on our side generally will not stop your child playing.

9. Disclaimer and liability

EduBaby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Chosen Ascendance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of EduBaby. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and, where practical, tell you in the app before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
